Bought a house. Shes not perfect but, at 40, knowing I'm renovating the house im gonna die in hopefully is kinda awesome. Built in 1932, and major renovation in 1980, I have a little on my plate. The kitchen was torn out by the prior owner but, he had a stroke amd gave up on it so, its all me from here! Im in a tiny town in the mountains and my back yard heads directly into the Adirondack preserve. Might be 2 hours to anything from here but I work from home and live this pace. 1.5 acre yard even! Ill be trying to add renovation pictures for those interested but, this is the Start of it all. Tips as well for DYIers out there. I do everything but concrete and carpet!

Wow, i had no idea so many people would be interested. Thank you for all the thoughts and encouragement! ill keep updates as projects come up and get resolved. Monday or Tuesday i will post the interior as it was on closing and the work in the kitchen for the gutting and where i have gotten stuck for now. Advice is ALWAYS welcome. I'm often not found handsome but, i am handy fo sho!azing!

Also, the satellite antenna was mounted wrong. If it works, don’t mess with it, but I would fail it if I had inspected it.

Yes but I could not finance it without a inspection and the kitchen was not in "working" condition for me to try.
