Actually, I can't think of much that could stop it. It shares most of its terrain related weaknesses with tracked, or hover tanks.

I think it's biggest advantage, is being able to deliver plunging fire, with a direct fire gun at close(ish) range, countering sloped armor.

An armored sandcrawler would be a much better design, and a lot easier to outfit with arms and defend under fire.
