I am all for perpetuating all sorts of wacky conspiracy theories about Trump staging his assassination. The irony is we’re debating the relevance of the 2nd Amendment on the eve of a potential tyrannical fascist takeover of our Democracy… the very scenario for why the Amendment was drafted in the first place. My husband once tried to refute my mom's claims it was a false flag event. I eventually just put my hand on his knee and tactfully redirected the conversation. Afterwards he was irate about my mom. I've seen recent pics (with the big foofy band-aid removed) and... there isn't even a scratch. Likely a sliver of the teleprompter slashed his ear and it has already healed up without a mark.
