There's a couple ways but you need to get hair developer cream from Sally's beauty supply and apply it to the yellowed console.

Genesis works Im not sure about sega cd. I'll be testing the ataris, pong and sports tomorrow.

If it doesn't power up, it's likely just one of the fuses is gone, very common problems and very, very cheap and easy to fix up.

Sega CD uses the same power adapter as a Model 1 Genesis (the one you have there) of course you have to have two still to get it to work.
