i think they are using kevlar, at least i hope so as steel and ceramic are harder to deal with. kevlar is resistant to heat, but not sure about being exposed to fire directly. kevlar is super weak to cutting. most pistols have a hard time with it, but there are ones that can. speed and shape are important as pistol ammo isnt allowed to be beyond a certain hardness.

Spark plugs are made of ceramic. A small piece of ceramic will shatter a car window. DON'T break spark plugs because it will make a BUNCH of little shards.
A valve stem remover is $3 from Walmart and with practice you can remove one in under a minute. Alternatively you can unscrew the valve stem cover, insert a pebble that presses the valve, and put the cover back on.
