Nothing comes to mind other than "Generation Kill" (also on HBO). If you want real footage, "Vietnam in HD" and "WWII in Color" are great.

Answered my own question after some research: "Generation Kill", "Generation War" might be the only two close to the quality of BoB or Pac.
