My guess is he'll eventually hate the locaiton and demo a current monument (washington or lincoln, since he said he's better than them) and build a monument ot himself. 1) EASILY rename the structure to whatever they wish.
2) EASILY have it gutted, all of the gilded crap sold off to fund a charity
3) EASILY repurpose it for configurable office space, so occasional functions can still be held
