from reading the arrest report his dad turned him in after he effectively confessed, then a friend was interviewed and showed them messages from him that while technically they could be circumstantial they are certainly highly suspect including talking about a rifle and a scope, about ditching a gun and leaving it wrapped in a towel, and so forth. It is highly likely.
