Yeah I remember reading that issue in the lobby of St. God's Hospital. All in all the visit left a bad taste in my mouth though.

Idiocracy (2006). It's Mike Judge's ... whoa, it came out twenty years ago? Damnnnnnn.

In the glory days it was literally this.

I've only been here since 2012. I do not recall these fictitious glory days. I was here when you had to pay to host more than 25 images. They eventually scrapped that plan and refunded everyone's money though.

I browsed long before I joined and I remember when it was 80% boobs and cats and like 1% political stuff. Usersub was a roller coaster ride with an occasional jackpot folder to discover and explore.

I was too late to see when nudity was allowed in usersub but I've heard the tales. I do remember when albums were a thing (and they were glorious).

There was a time when you could just search for a subreddit, for instance one with particular gifs that were of the not safe for work persuasion and just swipe through

Nah the albums thing always creeped me the fuck out. They weren't intentionally publicly posted just publicly available on the person's account. Ergo they may not have realized they were publicly accessible. People rooting around for them always seemed like an egregious violation of privacy that took advantage of people's ignorance. Of course this community has always been horrendous to women, lest we never forget when one was chased off for not posting naked pictures of herself hula hooping

yes, it was a parody of the awful present, not a prediction of the future. The things it was parodying were already happening.

Idk, In Idiocracy they didn't go racist. So there's a difference nowadays in the US.

It's the only movie to start as a comedy and slowly become a documentary.

That's insulting Camacho, he knew the world needed help and that only a smart person could fix it.

Camacho actually cared about America
