That looks like about three days worth of food for me. Seriously, something I don't understand is that at around age 70, my appetite dropped. I just can't eat even half as much as I used to. Yet I am still active; walking, cycling, roller skating, dancing, etc. Did my metabolism suddenly become more efficient? How do I maintain the same activity level on less than half the food? And my body weight is the same; BMI around 22. It's a mystery.
