By that logic, if an ICE agent is coming at me, &/or my family, I can reasonably assume they've criminal intentions towards me/us/them, therefore any defence I deem necessary is valid, the fact I've no immunity becomes irrelevant, as I know beforehand that any ICE officer I'm/we're involved with from initial officer/s on, are allowed to do anything they desire inc' rape, torture, murder, etc, as such even though I may be incarcerated or killed, there is no reason for me to hold back in defence.

That's the thing, too. It's not just that Trump became president and immediately had unlimited unchecked power.. America has three different branches to protect that kind of gross overstepping. The problem is that he filled the other two branches that are supposed to keep him in check with like-minded sycophants, essentially kneecapping the systems that were designed to prevent this from happening.
