Some more TV shows you might enjoy

Spartacus.

Blood. Sand. Gore. Boobs. Naked Lucy Lawless. Swords going through a dudes eyes.

Yeah, this show kicks ass. Stylized like 300 and roughly following the real exploits of Spartacus it's a great action filled series full of great characters and just an insane amount of blood. Did very well to survive the tragic death of its Season 1 Spartacus, Andy Whitfield. Make sure to check out the prequel series, Gods of the Arena, too.

Mr Robot.

You spin my head right round, right round. This show mind fucked me like it was Leo in Inception. Arguably the best TV show of last year with an amazing story that gets dark as fuck and is full to the brim with amazing acting. Christian Slater won a Golden Globe for this.

Narcos

Another Netflix original that has somewhat flown under (the English speaking) radar. The show is based on the rise and fall of druggie extraordinaire Pablo Escobar. The story is ridiculous and engrossing, the acting is great. It's like 75% Spanish as well, which I loved. There's a reason it's sitting at #38 on IMDb's TV list after only 1 season.

The Man in the High Castle

A trippy, terrifying alternate reality series which shows a world where the Nazi's won WW2 and now share control of the US with Japan. It's engrossing, well acted, mind bending and above all else , dark as a black cat at night.

Justified

Bit of a big un this, but had to be included in round 2.

Possibly the best "Cop" show in the last decade. It's actually dangerous watching this because it'll make you believe you'd look good in a stetson.
Olyphant and Walton Goggins are beyond amazing. Hell, the whole cast is. The show is effortlessly cool, badass, funny and just all round fucking fantastic. It also has possibly the best ever series finale.

Master of None

A delightful little comedy from Aziz Ansari that centers around him as an actor in New York. It's sweet, it's funny, it'll make you question if Mindy Kaling is real. It's ripe for binging in about 2 days. Also, Colin Salmon. Yes.

Bad Education

A brilliant little British gem centered around Jack Whitehall teaching a bunch of rowdy kids. It's hilarious, stupendously British, wonderfully stupid and surprisingly sweet. It also spawned a pretty fun movie last year. If you liked the Inbetweeners you'll most probably like this.

Loofah.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Guv. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

DCI Loofah is the real deal. Idris Elba is just the man. Tough, dark, gritty, real, murky, unrelentingly depressing BUT amazing. Britain's best addition to the cop drama genre. Just a shame there's so little episodes. I'm still holding out hope for a movie. Loofah is the tough, no fucks given coppah you need in your life.

Silicon Valley

They wrote an algorithm on this show about how you could efficiently jerk a lot of dicks in a short period of time. Someone actually then published it as a paper. That's this show. It's smart, it's hilarious, it's properly geeky (these guys are coders after all), and it's just one of the best comedies on TV right now. The characters are delightful idiot geniuses and you'll love them all. Especially Bachman. Motherfuck!
