Lasagna I just can’t seem to pull it off

The 2 suggestions I tend to make for lasagna, don't fully boil the noodles, they only need to be pliable enough to place, and skip the ricotta and beshamel sauce in favor of sour cream. This way the noodles will be able to absorb excess liquid and by changine the ricotta and beshamel out you lower the overall liquid in the dish. I admit the second suggestion isn't for everyone though.

Love a homemade lasagna. I can make it, but it takes half a day. So many components to have to make and put together.
