that we need to be taxing wealth as well, otherwise it can be hoarded by people who are hiding their earnings as assets.

donating to non-profits, even if they control it. Houses (and in same states cars) both have annual taxes, not just when sold. So, what
they're doing is technically legal, but what we've seen over the decades is giving more tax benefits to them doesn't help average workers.
