Good guy asshole

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Just a thought: will the attendant ask for two tickets on the way out? Or is ticket 2 just for show?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To his credit... every time someone sees a nice car they park next to it and some people even ding it for fun.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

M Power on a non-M 3 series. I can't live with that.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Still a dick move, I don't care if people pay for parking. He's taking up a spot someone else could have had...

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 12

last time this was posted we decided he was an arsehole

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Welcome to the front page. Again. Repost stats where you at?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I don't like it, but I respect it.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If the parking lot gets full though, this is kind of a dick move. Because now someone cant park there. But effort appreciated

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 26

The 2 cars in the adjacent spots are actually blocking both of those spots, so this guy paid twice to park in the one spot that was left.

8 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 2

Unless the lot is full

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

I'd still get a ticket

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A guy in my condo building pays monthly for two spots so he can do this.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It pays to be rich.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Alas, only the ultra wealthy can fork out the massive sum of two parking spots

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Every ding on my car is from other people parked next to me. Most of them my inconsiderate shithead neighbor's asshole kids.. I'm not bitter

University students are just as bad too.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Tbh I'd rather take the two spots than get my car smashed with another door if it was worth a lot of money.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Now I know why 21 savage has a 12 car garage but only has 6 cars.

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

But he's also got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Ms in his bank account

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not a matter of payment it's a matter of space.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 7

How is it different than two cars being there? To the lot owner your feelings don't matter, as long as every space is paid for.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I believe I am saying that the people care as there is less space. And less customers for the shops too. There is a lot to it I suppose

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

I dunno if I'd be mad. Probably not. I mean he DID pay for two, so.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 2

i'd be mad for a split second.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Part of me would be mad because his one car is taking two spots, but he did pay for them. So while I may not like it, I cant argue with it.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's extreme, but if I come and pay for all the lots, is it acceptable that I prevent everybody from parking here only because I have money?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They're using both spaces so if you bought all the spaces and used them there would be no problem

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I can understand why he did it, looking at the cars on either side, and not wanting anyone to "accidentally" hit your car with their door.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I, got nothin...He's paying for em...

8 years ago | Likes 55 Dislikes 1

There is only 4 spaces in this carpark. He has 50% of them and is waiting to take a third one....

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But he took the last spot you could be using instead. Why do you care if the lot gets paid?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

You sound extremely entitled

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

He's saying that even though he's legally correct, there are some people who would still be mad at them for taking 2 spots when driving by.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Extremely

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How you know one of the two tickets isn't for a previous parking lot

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and really, he could just pay for 1 on the way out, hours later the attendant would have no idea they took 2.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is it his fault though? Or the companies flawed system. Perfect example of a loophole.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unless it's a pre-paid spot, then he has to pay in advance or he won't even get the tickets.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ah, where im from the gate has an attendant; when you enter to park youre given the ticket, and then when you exit the cost is time based.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We have those here as well, generally unmanned automated gates which you can get a ticket from, but we also have parking lots without |1

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Now do this, but with fat people on planes

8 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 7

4 fat people have downvoted this.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

I have no sauce but I’ve heard plenty of stories about this

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Airline I work for does this. Buy two seats, if we have extra and wouldn't need it, you get your money back.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Can't they just put their extra weight in the overhead compartment?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Major US airlines have had CoS policies for a while.. https://www.airfarewatchdog.com/blog/13060972/airline-customer-of-size-policies.html

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't they already? Or do they just charge 2 for weight and still cram people next to them?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You have to book 2 seats but sometimes they mess things up and the 2 seets are in different rows.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe some airlines do, but last time I was on a plane I remember seeing a big guy sitting in between 2 peopl

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They already do.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Although I know for southwest they'll refund the second ticket at the gate, so I guess they just get the interest off the second ticket....

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My wife's old boss weighs 400+ when he flys commercial he has to buy 2 for himself. At least that's what he tells us

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

And ordering seats together costs extra.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I can dig it.

8 years ago | Likes 121 Dislikes 1

What if you spent 15 min looking for a car space 124 km from the mall and then u saw this. Wud u b kool with tit?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

How long has it been? Lol

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Looking at the two parked next to them I can't blame them.

8 years ago | Likes 2202 Dislikes 11

yeah but look at the RV it's in the lines vs the other jack wagon that's not

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dinged if you dinged if you dont

8 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 2

The two people who downvoted clearly parked those two vehicles

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

what u don't see in this pic .....is 2 bmws out of the frame that made those 2 cars to park like that xD lol jk ...or small parking spots

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

A life tip that i heard in my family is that you park next to the new cars to reduce the risk of damage to your car.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Looking at the space size to begin with, I don't blame him even earlier.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good spot, he could have been bitter and blamed it on someone else. He chose to be a good guy.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Perhap they parked like this because they saw the BMW park like that and wanted to give more room to their neighbors

8 years ago | Likes 203 Dislikes 9

Maaaaybe...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I do this

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

but if the bmw leaves they look like idiots.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Yep, so it also makes you think they parked that way because someone else left them no room before the bmw was there! It takes one person to

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

to make everyone else look like A-holes.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is this an application of Occam’s razor?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The reverse maybe

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I meant that as in since what he said was complex, therefore prolly not true. Worded horribly. Just learned the concept so looking to apply

That's great because sometimes I get a headache from wearing my glasses.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's a stretch

8 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 6

The other car is parked right on line hovering over into other space.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah, it's a regular-length BMW. A stretch wouldn't fit in that parking space.

8 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 1

+1

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I just made a weird "kee kee kee" hissing sound because of this. +1 for making snicker like someone with an evil plan.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Lawful evil?

8 years ago | Likes 990 Dislikes 24

Chaotic good

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Depends in intent. If he was doing it specifically to take up more spots, then yes. If he's trying to protect his car, then no, he'd be LN.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I feel like lawful evil would be finding a quack doctor to give you handicap plates when you aren’t handicap for better parking.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

It depends on which god/entity you worship. I want to know....

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

not this crap again

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

This is a really esoteric thing to notice, but does anyone else feel like imgur gets really into the DnD morality labeling thing haha

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I just like the practice so I’m a better player with my d&d group :)

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

not evil, german probably

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

dilly dilly, this the most expertly explained!!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That needs captioning.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Only if the lot is at capacity, otherwise I think lawful neutral

8 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

If they were lawful neutral they'd obey the spirit of the law as well as the letter simultaneously, erring on the side of the letter.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Lawful Evil would be buying tickets for the entire lane. Lawful neutral is this. Lawful good would be buying tickets for everyone else.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Good synopsis

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd vote lawful good, really. I mean look at the way the dicks on either side are parked. Dude on the left is over the line. Necessity?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just lawful really.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Not in Germany. You'll get fined, no matter of the two tickets.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Except it fucks over people who are looking for parking.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You don't know the state of the parking lot, there could be plenty for everyone

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is this from some legal/ philosophical handbook? I wanna read up!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It's Dungeons & Dragons. "Alignment" runs on a two-axis chart, Lawful-Neutral-Chaotic and Good-Neutral-Evil for nine combinations. 1/?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Lawful Evil" being someone who prefers to work within systems, but does so in a self-serving fashion. Evil tyrant, crooked lawyer, etc 2/?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Richie evilie

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

chaotic good

8 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 4

Yep. Disregarding the letter of the law but doing the right thing.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Agreed!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Neutral good because it's still obeying the spirit of the law.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Nah, spirit of the law is about a specific area of space accommodating a certain number of people.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I agree, parking across the lines is technically illegal, but to avoid a more serious legal issue, like damaging the next car, the owner ~

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

had to compromise.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lawful neutral, specifically.

8 years ago | Likes 424 Dislikes 10

just lawful

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

Nope. 1 car takes 2 spots and only because he can afford it. Lawful evil

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 4

nah, still evil.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Nah. He's not compelled to double park regardless, but can't be fucked in this situation, so buys two passes. That's lawful neutral.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

And with a car like his. He is doing it to protect it instead of just using up 2 spaces. So shitty park but for reason cancel out.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But he drives a car without turn signals!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I mean to be fair I've never seen him signal, but what's your basis for this claim?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just a ongoing joke that people who drive beamers don't use turn signals. (Probably limited to the US)

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I've seen plenty in Europe as well.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nothing evil, parking in either would require him to be way over the line, and would make the other one useless NyeY.

8 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 1

Lawful good then.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"NyeY" +1

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

No idea how that happened, or what it’s even supposed to be.

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Thank you for clarifying, I was really committing to figuring out what it stood for.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You had a Professor Frink moment.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Gluhayven!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ngahoyyyahh!!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

That's how I read it! Lol

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you cannot park at the spot properly, don't park there. It's kinda elementary.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 9

Tell that to the douches next to those two spots choking up doorswing space and effectively forcing the guy to take two spots.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

You can't park here properly? Find another spot, even if you'll have to take, OMG!, three minutes walk to the place you came to.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 7

Or. And here me out. Dont park like a douche to begin with. Is it really hard for the previous person to spend 3 min fixing their mistake?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Nope. It's not about them. They are "the environment" in this case. Someone being total douche won't justify being douche yourself.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

He bought 2 tickets. Not being a douche. What if there was no other parking spots to begin with? He coulsnt park in one apot reasonably

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0
