Along with Ron Swanson, this was the first thing I favorited... Bone apple tea, everyone.

Post-Most-Viral-Edit: thanks for liking my meat. I spend a lot of time on here upvoting the savory goodness of food, so it’s good to see others appreciating it from me.

All I know is that there are no slaughterhouses in heaven.

I have been using Eye of round roast to make Beef Jerky. anyone use a different cut?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Round will get you the most bang for your buck but for a better end product go with sirloin or flank.

J'aime pas trop dire "bon appétit". C'est un peu comme dire "J'espère que vous crevez la dalle jusque là".

Simple politesse classique..Mais c'est comme beaucoup d'expressions..Elles sont bizarres si on pense bien.

Everytime I’m in the states It surprises me how big the steaks are in restaurants. What are you feeding to those animals

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The USDA grading system puts a big premium on fat marbling, so a lot are corn-fed. European beef has far less because it's mostly grass-fed.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Depends on where you eat. Cheaper places use meat from factory farms that bulk the meat with hormones and "finish feeding", nicer places 1/?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

usually have grazed cattle that are supplemented with grains to increase marbling and flavor. Then there's the "grass fed" crowd that use2/?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

buzzwords to artificially increase the price of their meat. Either way, we've got our cattle game on point. Pork is getting there too 3/?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

but we kind of bred the flavor out of them in the past 100 years. Don't think we'll ever have decent high volume lamb though. 4/4

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that’s true. Yet it is comprehensive and greatly appreciated

Eating human brain causes kuru, not creutzfeldt.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Actually it's a protein in all human blood that causes kuru.not just eating brain (I think)
