People ask me how I’ve been losing weight and when I tell them most say “that sounds like it sucks” and it does but not as bad as being told you’re pre-diabetic and have high cholesterol. Just got all my labs back and all my numbers have returned to normal! It’s the easiest , dumbest but most effective thing I’ve ever done. 35lbs down. ?

35lbs ≈ 15.9 kilograms or 2.5 stone

Potatos are carb, carbs are sugar, a high potato diet isn't good - especially if you're pre-diabetic.

You can lose weight by exclusively eating only one thing, no matter what that thing is. I've heard of peanut butter and beef. It's just...

...slow nutrient restriction.

That's not healthy. Ending up in the hospital isn't a good strategy.
