Red was really excited to visit the vet today!
As you can see he isn’t putting on weight like he should be for a growing boy.
He wasn’t sure who the horse in the window was but he wanted to find out.
Time for a little dental inspection!
Yep, he had some sharp points causing sores in his mouth.
Hopefully we have solved the issue and he can go back to eating like a good boy.
All drugged up and probably second guessing why he was so excited to visit the vet again.

He’s two! I don’t do dental work until there is a need. If you grind them down for nothing it shortens the life span of the teeth. IMHO

I had two horses that needed floating for wolf teeth. A Quarter/Morgan mare and a Quarter gelding.

They get pulled not floated. The puking would be accomplished during "floating".

Our girl had sever luxating patella (dislocation of the knee). It seemed like she understandood that the vet fixed her knees and pain.

She would even get excited when she saw the vet outside of his clinic. He said she was a joy to have at the clinic and if she had to stay a
