Best soundtrack of the entire nintendo64 console

It exists in that realm of early childhood games where I honestly don't know what anything past the first 5 levels looks like

This game is available on steam right now, I bought it and I am loving it. FYI.

Me and my friend used to play this all the time. We named the little bugs that come at you Henare bugs after an annoying boy in our class.

Turok was the game that taught me, the hard way, that I can not watch someone play FPS games for more than 10 minutes without puking

I still have my Turok 2 cartridge and the video memory expansion cartridge thing for my N64. That and Killer Instinct Gold get regular play

I loved the bow!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Same here! That's why (braces for impact) I like Hanzo in Overwatch. Being able to use a bow in an FPS and ˢᵒᵐᵉᵗᶦᵐᵉˢ be viable is awesome.

I always loved how this game just dropped you in and all you knew was 1. You're an Indian? 2. You got a bow and arrows. 3. Kill dinosaurs.

Turok aleady had several decades of history as a comic book hero though.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

However it is true that the comic, while popular, wasn't widely recognized enough for many people to know where the game came from

I also enjoyed Turok evolution.

I remember playing that, but I either borrowed it or just never finished it.

My brothers and I played this and Farcry Instincts Predator religiously. Also Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy Duel mode.

My first video card came with this game. 3DFX Vodoo Rush.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes, this was the first FPS I ever played. Back then I thought it was the best, now..... eeeh!
