I just had this discussion with my wife last night. SO MANY of these kind of bizarre headlines lately. Florida Man has even gotten weirder if that's possible. Don't know about prisons, doubt it. I do however, know that city and county jails have, not separate jails, but separate sections for those with medical needs and disabilities, usually issued a differently-colored jail uniform to identify them as special needs.
