The window was 8-10am. At 10, they said 1. At 1.45, they said 3.45. At 4.15, they said they'll let me know when they're on the way from the other side of town.
Luckily, I'm not moving far and I've moved most of it on my own. This isn't a real disaster, but it sure is infuriating.
Edit: a removalist, which is a common term in my country, is someone who moves your shit from a to b.
