This kind of wobble usually comes from undersized joists, wide spacing, or weak ledger/post connections. The framing isnāt stiff enough to work as one system, so it flexes every time thereās weight on it.
This is past DIY tightening territory. This needs a structural evaluation before someone tests gravity the hard way.
