Another student from the class has said that the test was in fact on Tuesday and that his classmate must not have been listening properly.

Okay so did the teacher just surprised them with a test on Tuesday or did he let them know ahead of time?

All the angsty teens standing up for the student...lol

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

When I remember I'm paying a butt ton for tuition it makes professors like this make me want to light a bag of dog poop on their porch

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 5

Your tuition goes to endowments, not to professors.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 23

So double standarts?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Am I supposed to believe the student was in the wrong here?

9 years ago | Likes 362 Dislikes 15

The student was wrong here, as in the test was just on Tuesday.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

For thinking it? No. For blapping it onto Twitter instead of talking to the teacher like a responsible person? Yes.

It appears the student, was in fact, deaf.

So the teacher stalks the student?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

to be fair... teach seems like a douche here

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

yay facts

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

A lot of schools want teacher/students (yeah colleges too) to have this sort of constant contact. Stupid idea. No life for anyone.

That's not Creepy at all just casually looking up their students profiles on social media ;/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's odd getting a comment 2 months later

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think it's creepy that a student or teacher followed the other on twitter to see this they both are wrong

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

in my advertising social media classes, we all had to connect in twitter. I didnt like it but that could be a reason

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I once found my teachers profile on FB.He had a pic of him and his buds drunk dressed as the A team. Printed it out and put it on his desk.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He walked in saw the picture laughed and threw it away.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

not really. i'm fb friends / follow several of my old professors. they're mad cool

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

After the fact maybe, but during taking classes with them seems at the least inappropriate

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

depends on the situation

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

According to my seventh graders, twitter is already for old people. Soooooo congratulations everyone!

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Tinder?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No one with that many system icons should be allowed to teach anything in 2016.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 26

Huh, weird. I would have never guessed horribly mismanaged work environments were such a sensitive subject.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My english teacher had lecture powerpoints burned to CDs. Most are scratched up. I suggested putting them on a usb thumb drive. She said no.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

If the teacher actually did that, it's legitimate grounds for a complaint

9 years ago | Likes 206 Dislikes 24

Down vote all you want, but the reality is, but ching about your workload vacillating can get you fired in the real world. Sigh.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 18

By giving the same test on Tues and Wed, the teacher knows who studies steadily, and who crams the night before.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Maybe for putting a students social media on blast ,but this shit is fucking life. Deadlines change. Suck it the fuck up.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 55

It's not a deadline. It's a test date. Deadlines change because something is needed earlier. Test dates are basically arbitrary.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Because that form of complaining accomplished anything besides getting themselves out on blast

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 10

Or people could stop complaining about everything about be able to handle life a little bit.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 66

Or, hear me out, respect the established exam date? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

9 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 4

Yeah...when you're take 20 credits and you plan out study load to the hour... teachers can't just change syllabus without advanced notice

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 4

Guys. Yes we can.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 18

You can...and students can file a grievance and get the exam over turned.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sure you can, buts it's fucked up to do. Most people have other classes. Hard to believe, huh?

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

Wait...you'd...you'd actually give an exam a day earlier than planned? What is the academic...or ANY...value in that?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

As a teacher the syllabus is your contract with the student If you do something earlier you're a double bag You do it later you're merciful

9 years ago | Likes 519 Dislikes 9

I want to start calling people double bags!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you believe a syllabus is a contract, you're going to be mighty disappointed, not to mention unprepared.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I hate when my professors act like double bags.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

probably High School, most colleges dont have the same course on a tuesday and a wednesday.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

But then of course whenever something's postponed, it comes out to be on the SAME DAY AS YOUR OTHER MIDTERMS

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

this was high school and the kid heard wrong http://www.digitalspy.com/fun/news/a464034/teacher-shows-students-twitter-rant-at-him-to-class/

9 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

Upvote, but no one will read this comment and just bash the teacher because millennials can't possibly have responsibility/accountability.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 63

Let the hate flow through you. ;)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

But I'm 16 and I read it. Checkmate?

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Being a double bag is about the worst.

9 years ago | Likes 211 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0
