I used to rewrite my notes, summarizing as I went, as a way to study and make what I needed to know more clear to myself.

You *have* to copy your original notes to get it like this. It's impossible to do such precise formatting without knowing the content.

I do this too. I find that re-writing the notes helps me memorize them, it may be annoying but it is a good revision trick.
