If you know some martial arts & exercise form, want practice & functional strength, don't extend blows, it's excellent. better w/ heavy bag.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Still wondering what happened to #8 and #14

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

disclaimer: If its punching or kicking, its just cardio. It wont make those highlighted parts bigger or stronger to any noticeable degree.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Anyone looking to work out for free should go on darebee, it's a fantastic website!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where are 8 and 14? To deadly to share?

To failure accordion pushups, or not to failure accordion pushups. That is the question.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

So cardio with some AB workouts. Doesn't replace weights from a gym.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

100% of people who work out die

Sauce?

100% of people who don't work out die; Where's your sloth god now?

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 2

So.. Why points then?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Like scores... Effectiveness

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes I get that but a score usually denotes comparison.. What're these scores comparative to? Yourself?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why does this shit keep getting upvoted?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Pushups to failure? Well that's zero for me.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Try them on your knees! Or put your hands on a bench/chair :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But how does that work then? All the pressure's on the knees, not the arms.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Walk your hands forward a little--your hips should be forward of your knees, not over them. Does that make sense?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh aye. I shall try them... at a later date.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nobody using this site is going to use this lol

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I will do it and prove you wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I do.

Too shy to use a gym, but lately contemplating getting in shape/healthing up. Need to take before pics and try to follow a program like this

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

This isn't a program. It's a random infographic.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Type in "dumb bells" on YouTube and look for the Asian dude that shows you different workouts. I've been going by what he does and it works!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank you so much for the tip- I will try this!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Daily burn is $12/month. Has a daily streamed work out very similar to these. Different instructor every day so it doesn't get boring.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Forums to talk about progress and iasues, food plans, etc. I've been doing it for a few months and I love it. Haven't lost weight because I

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Eat shit, but I am definitely stronger. My posture has improved a ton!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank you for the reply, I will look into it!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you have access to stairs (like if you live at an apartment complex), walking up and down them for 30 minutes straight is a good start.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I actually work in a 17 floor apt. bldg. That's a great idea!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

(1)For me, it melts fat quick if I'm consistent and it tones my legs better than running. I usually "hit a wall" after 15 minutes, but my

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'll have to start off slow, can't do 30 mins. or I'll pass out ha ha

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, definitely don't over do it.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

or go to /r/bodyweightfitness for an actual progressive routine

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Or buy a gym membership

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

which totally defeats the purpose of bwf and this post

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I did all these, but now I can only bend 3 of the 4 elements. FRAUD!

9 years ago | Likes 294 Dislikes 1

Korra is that you?

Will the Berserker exercise turn me into Guts

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Try swinging around a 10 foot I-beam, and post results.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Sounds easy enough

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah, that's just you. Also Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Broly... but not DVSBSTrD the Imgur commenter.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Sadly I don't have sayin blood. I think that if I train my hardest, I will only ever reach Yamcha levels. Krillin if I'm lucky.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Krillen is the strongest human I think Bruce Lee was the only one to reach that level

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You should add the source, @OP. There's a lot more workouts and other helpful stuff there: http://darebee.com

Don't worry, you can still edit your post

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

But thanks for posting, I've recently started with the 90 days of action to get back into a routine of doing at least something

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Please visit reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness if you haven't already. Their wiki is all you need :) All the best !

Cool man!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nice. Gonna check that out too!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's literally on every panel.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Agreed. But it's always helpful to have something to click on

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't get it. Do I do these sequentially? Like one each day?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

I... Guess? Look like a 1 month schedule, maybe?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

That's the impression I get based on the different muscle groups and focuses of each one.

I think that's the point - there is no schedule, it's just a bunch of random photocopied pages?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

You should go on the original creator website - darebee.com Her name is Neila Rey, she's absolutely uplifting. Lots of instructions there!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Instructions unclear, instead I will masturbate

9 years ago | Likes 310 Dislikes 8

Please do not practice martial arts, sidekicks etc without proper instruction. Good way to chronic knee injuries & complications. (1/2)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Most things are not as easy as they seem. No practice is better than wrong practice.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Remember to switch hands for an even workout.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The original shake weight

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You must not have hit the "Load 18 more Images", because that slide is in there.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's at least 30 seconds of cardio right there...

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

at least 7 seconds*

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Jokes on you.. you'll still be exercising

9 years ago | Likes 122 Dislikes 0

Whoa, easy there, Satan

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Huh, when I am unclear on something I just act like I get it and look it up later. You whip out your wanger... different strokes... i guess

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Heh, strokes...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lots of good exercises but be sure to learn to kick and punch correctly before doing them. You'll risk injuries to your elbows, knees 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 3

www.darebee.com has short how-to videos for most of the moves in their workouts. http://darebee.com/exercises.html

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nice!

hip and lower back if you execute them incorrecly. Join a reputable dojo for a semester or two and you'll have the basic skills to do 2/3

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

these exercises. Any standing type of martial art should do be it karate, muay thai, tae kwon do or kick boxing.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

If I don't have access to a gym, how am I going to get access to a dojo?

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

first you get a job.... then you pay for both

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I have a job, I don't have a car, there are no gyms in my area, there are no dojos in my area, I have 3 hours of spare time including food.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Waiting for the inevitable comment on how half these exercises are wrong and damaging to the body.

9 years ago | Likes 136 Dislikes 5

There's always some new 'research' that explains how a lot of exercises are bad for you. In my experience it just differs person to person.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

The kicks will hurt your knees if you do them all the way til your knees lock out. Common problem in stuff like TKD or Kick boxing.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Nothin really wrong with em. They won't get you buff but it's a good way to burn calories for those who cant/dont gym and dont want to run

9 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 2

These are all pretty standard exercises, just organized in a consumable way.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Great cardio work out, but you would want to know the proper technique for the punches and kicks to get the full extent.

9 years ago | Likes 62 Dislikes 0

Yea not cardio

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

Yeah I could see people potentially hyper extending on those. Form and control is crucial for punching and kicking

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Stretch first. Theeeen exercise.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Limber/loosen up first, then exercise, then stretch. Stretching cold muscles is almost as bad as exercising on them sometimes.
