I'm so freaking happy they reintroduced Cortosis Ore into the new continuity.
I mean I'm not gay but if I had to pick a guy
I do wish it was longer and could focus on the character development but I look forward to more of this.
it told the failings of the Jedi much more concisely than the prequels. I love that the more intimate live action story focusing on the immediate Jedi characters really displaying their skill . We hadn't seen sequences like that since the Clone Wars animated series and young Ahsoka's flashbacks in Kenobi.
Versus the general wide angle shots from the prequels where it looked like a rave was starting between jedi and droids

@op that was Jason Mendoza, he was thought to be the monk. He died in a safe doing whip-its. He failed to realize the snorkle wouldn't work inside the safe with no air holes and suffocates quickly

This series just slipped past me somehow, so I've googled it and wow has it been blasted by critics.. Still, I'm going to have to see for myself, I do love SW

It hasn't been blasted by critics at all. It's 80% on rotten tomatoes. It's been blasted by 'fans', many of whom are so on the ball they started review bombing things with just similar titles.
Now, I'm not saying it's amazing, but it did some interesting stuff, and had some great fight choreography

As far as I'm concerned the bad reviews are unfounded. People complaining that they're showing Jedi in a bad light... Which isn't new. That's what the prequels were all about.

Darth ThirstTrap is real. But you missed the triple stab kill, and that was quite frankly, the most brutal one. Aside from the pain ol, twisty Mcfisty neck snap.
