Face part is vanilla, the lighting and expression got achieved by manipulating through console commands. Also, ReShade, ENB graphical mods.

The game was okay. I liked the engine. The ending was incredibly disappointing and the DLC has fallen short in almost every way.

The dlc was definitely a money grabber the end wasn't really all that bad

I suppose we'll have to disagree on the ending, but my main point is that given their example with FNV, Obsidian would've done much better.

Fallout: New Vegas had a fantastic story with excellent dialogue. I agree with your statement in terms of Bethesda's fallout...

I've got hundreds of hours into New Vegas but I've only completed the main story once. It's just such a great game all-round
