I know that thing as "Fastelavnsboller" its a sweet bun with cream and jam in it, its a tradition in Scandinavia and some other places to eat them before fasting

A tradition from the 1800s, the top of the bun is cut off to make room for the cream and placed on top of it again. And why you think it looks like a turnip I cannot tell you, I would suggest glasses. And for why people hate Swedes I cannot tell you, maybe have less hate in your heart?
