People will bring fragile dishes in massive totes, then want their bin back. I am rushing back and forth trying to keep the donation line moving, and you assholes go and throw a wrench in it with this tedious task.
The last time it happened, I ran the bin in, dumped the dishes in the trash, then ran the empty bin back out. There's no way she didn't hear the crashing of all her dishes, shattering against the metal compactor floor.
Bring cardboard boxes, paper or trash bags, something you don't need back. You can get free boxes at Costco, there's no excuse to bring a tote that big and fuck up my day.

Suddenly I was reminded of Kenny Rogers' Jackass... https://media2.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPWE1NzM3M2U1dG95dzNleGhvdXhpdmhuMDYwYm5hNXBtc3VodXE0bDVzcnNheGpmayZlcD12MV9naWZzX3NlYXJjaCZjdD1n/u10p5KfhBk4Q8/200w.webp

Used to be a lot loader at home depot people would come and buy a pallet of concrete but not pay the $5 pallet fee (they got it back if they brought it back). I'd have to unload 42 80lbs bags of concrete by my self while they watched. People are pricks.

I was a donation attendant at GoodWill almost 9 years ago now (i made a post about items I found) and I had to argue with people about not taking OUR totes.
