Foulness & The Broomway. Deadly.

The most dangerous footpath in the UK. To continue my project of running the length of the Essex coastline, I need to run along ~4 miles of active military ranges. There's unexploded ordnance, shifting Sands, no trail to follow and when the tide comes in you won't outrun it.
Survive it and you get to the far end if Foulness island, which is restricted Ministry of Defense property. Yes, there are public rights of way, but it's best to notify them in advance.
So this is one 25km run that has been drawing me closer...
