While well-bred Dalmatians are a dream to live with, poorly bred dogs can be rife with behavioral and temperament problems including
hyperactivity, biting, stubbornness and even aggression. Even a well bred Dalmatian has energy to spare.

Sounds like you mean well trained. I don't think the breeding has any effect on behaviour except for behaviours that are inherit to the dog.
Such as Great Danes thinking they are lap dogs, or Bassett Hound being stubborn in everything

Breed has a huge impact on dog behavior and energy. You think a British bulldog can keep up with a border collie? Or even want to?
That's why I pointed out that except for inherit traits, breeding wont make a dog less aggressive just because it was bred in a proper place
