Close up view of front. That's right, ALL the case badges.

My "My Documents" folder has been transplanted from system to system since 1995. While trying to find some old family photos, I came across these, taken in Feb 2003, two months before I turned 18. I know Imgur loves their PCs, so I thought I'd share.

There's a 16x2 LCD module on the front that I hooked up to the parallel port to display system stats, or this nifty Winamp bar graph thing. I also changed the case LEDs from boring green+red to white and blue.

I remember carefully shoving all dad's crap out of the way so I could "borrow" his desk.

I don't remember why though. I think I wanted to test the wireless bridge thing before I set it up somewhere else in the house. Yep, the two grey Netgear things aren't modem/routers, they're an 802.11b wireless access point, and a bridge. The monitor is a Compaq branded 17" CRT. In my room, I had two mismatched 15" CRTs, it was glorious.

I put some neon-colour paint along the top edges of my RAM sticks for rad factor.

I know I had a shroud in front of the neon so it didn't shine out of the window, dunno why it wasn't there when these were taken.

Also along the edges of my cards. Here you can see the blacklight.

I think the NIC and IDE cards were new, so I hadn't blinged them yet. :P

Daylight shot, showing shameful dust.
