#1 tbf some black mirror episodes are like "what if vr got so real you could fuck your bf without it being gay?" Moral: it'd be tight.

#1 There was an episode of Bravest Warriors like that. They go through one loop, then the second group goes "Nah, you guys are on your own"

#1 life, death, robots gets is good at remaining ambigious and focused on the art. Besides the tourist robot episodes.

Fun Fact©: "Twilight Zone" was originally meant to be a statement regarding the American Civil Rights Movement. Hot Sauce©: (1/2)

Without passion. And create art. Doing what you love by being yourself. Other people define and say you will follow your heart.

WE NEED MORE BOOK/READING DUMPS! +1

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#1 of course the same people complain that they hate how political star trek is now. I'm like "bitch did you even watch TOS or TNG?"

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Or that "I used to like Rage Against the Machine before they got all political!" screenshot that floats around, haha.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#12 I won't buy your book if there isn't a plot summary somewhere on the cover. It's a really easy reject system.

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I might, but only because friends have already read it and told me about it.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

True. Let someone else guinea pig.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#8 so true. RIP Ashley Pond and Miranda Gaddis

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#6 I honest to god thought that was a beautiful poem until I got to difficult to walk against wind...

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The last line really brings it all together though. Poetry in its purest form.

#1 An entire episode about a bunch of random people trapped in a circular room that ends with "Surprise, it was horrifying Toy Story!"

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

One of my favorite guilty pleasure books got me with the very first line....

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"My mother was the village whore and I loved her very much"

#1 When TV breaks the 4th wall.

I read that in Serling's voice.

I sometimes wonder if I’ve been in some kind of coma living a terrible nightmare since late 2016.

I remember waking up to the news that he won. Pure bafflement and unreality.

What's the variant for "tsundoku" in regards to video games?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Let's expand the definition: same word!

#8 or his meth lab exploded. That happened to a house 3 blocks from my parents' house!

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#1 Curiosity often kills the cat... in Night Springs.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#15 or all the ones you had with better cover art that isn’t available anymore than what is out now

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#4 Catullus can go fuck himself along with every other "bitches be dumb or lyin lol" chucklefuck. Otherwise, great dump.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

I had upvoted till I got to that

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

be more accurate to say that EVERYONE turns into a lying idiot when sufficiently horny. women, men, others, doesn't matter.

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

“Bitches be lyin” is a pretty popular modern quote. I’m not saying it’s right but it definitely has a place in humorous dumps. Shrug

#9 it also helps if you read.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This. My parents wanted my brother and I to be readers, so they chose to read rather than watch TV until we started reading, too.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

@thefeckamisigningupwithfacebook take some time off from writing and see these memes especially #13

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I did, thank you. And 13 made me laugh… perhaps too hard.

My Mission Accomplished!

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you don't want morals don't watch the twilight zone. Look up why it was created. The whole fucking point of the thing.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Of course most of TZ does and should have social messages; they're just saying there's something special about the ones that don't.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"unwanted morals". "I don't want to be told..." My interpretation is that it's not just novel but preferable. Just watch something else then

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

do people "first do prosistution for loved ones"? that's a stupid bad analogy

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

Mmm as someone whose lure into camming is scenes with friends. Kinda works.

#4 Is Homer Simpson really an "ancient?"

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

i want to believe you are joking but with the state of american education im not gonna take for granted you know ancient greece existed

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lol. It's a joke; I could see Homer Simpson saying something like that.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

First appearance was in 1989. A full millennia ago. So, yes. Him is ancient.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

As someone who was 13 at the time:

Same and also Matt Damon aging quickly.gif

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Homer was 39 in '89. So, while he may be ancient, you are merely...

https://imgur.com/uoIeVgz I'm haunted by books that are in a series but rarely are released with matching covers (like Tolkien)

3 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 1

I am haunted by books that are in a series/collection that have a different height or depth size.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To keep up with the spoilers - even as a late starter on the series - I have Potter 1-4 as soft and 5-7 as hard cover editions

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I still waited for the Adult Edition, which luckily came out fairly at the same time later in the series.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The what edition? Is this some US thing?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No! xD The cover has not the colorful paintings.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am so Annoyed that ASoIaF went from immensely detailed covers, to pictures of stuff on a gradient background. UK editions of Dresden /1

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

/2 files went from a neat "case files" aesthetic to crappy generic photos of Harry at Changes. Ruins the look of my shelves.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Thats fine, but what gets me is that every god damn cover shows Harry wearing a hat. Doesn't it specifically say in one of the books that

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

he doesn't wear hats. He even made fun of Gravane for wearing a Fedora.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Of course, in my head Harry just looks like James Marsters.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think the publishers were responsible for the first hat-wearing cover. Later on Butcher kept it in as an in-joke.
