I'll one-up you... This is killer; 4 salmon filets, 3dl full cream, juice of one lemon, 1tbsp of fresh or frozen dill, 1/2

mix 1 cube of fish stock with a cup of milk until dissolved, place filets in oven safe pan, add other ingredients. That's it.

Bake in oven at about 175 for 50min
