And I've bet quite a few of us has been in the ballyhoo aswell.

We're kind of the same where I am in Canada but there's really hardly any covid here. Masks are optional. I'd say it's like 50/50

although swedish hospitals are still well within capacity, so whatever they are doing it seems to be working

Copenhagen was extremely nonchalant about the lack of masks on a beach a month or two back. Way to look good, Denmark...

Beaches are one of the safest places though - outside, lots of space, humid air, breezy. Don't shame safe things.

Shame indoors/poor ventilation/crowds/close contact/long exposure. Masks are great but don't make all those automatically safe.

Don't worry. It's not trendy to make fun of the Swedes right now.

Which was broken up because no one there wore masks and no one kept their distance.

Good, I think people should wear masks when they’re near others.

Since late February I believe I can count the number of masks I've seen worn by people on one hand. Sure I don't live in a very populated

area but I honestly still expected to see more masks worn since it kicked off. Very rare even in towns with ~40k inhabitants, let alone in

my town with ~3300 people. But oh well we'll probably get to it sooner or later I guess.
