I've got 36 hours to get well enough...

I've got a very busy week, including a very important work trip on Tuesday that I've been REALLY looking forward to. So, of course, this afternoon, I get all achy, and that uncomfortable still-full-from-breakfast-and-probably-all-of-yesterday-too feeling that hints very strongly that I'll be emptying the contents of my upper GI tract some time tonight. I've taken everything I can think of, and I'm going to bed. If I have to call in sick tomorrow (I work remotely,) I'm going to lose a lot of money, and if I have to stay home Tuesday, I'm going to miss out on a valuable opportunity that probably won't come again.
