Legit real world it experience. You learn all the intricacies of networking but your job is just showing old people how to use outlook

When the material that they give you for the test doesn't cover the test (or even hit the topics) I think that's on them. It was entry level

I have a few of them.. I had better luck getting the practice exams online people made with questions they remembered from the tests

“brain dumps” if caught you will be banned from ever getting another cert from that company and basically kiss your IT career goodbye.

From what I'm reading it's pretty common all around which is really annoying.

1)Never had a problem with a Cisco branded guide and passing the exams. What some folks don’t realize is they will put a couple of questions

2) on the exam that don’t count against you If missed. They’re just trying out new questions to see how folks do vs material.

Honestly I've found "study guides" given by teachers/profs to be unreliable, and usually end up studying everything I'm not comfortable with

This was the study guide issued with the test since I'm taking them independently. Its entry level so I assumed it would be straight forwad

I know hardware, but networking is new to me. I am just disappointed that it turned out this way. I have retake voucher but I can't take it
