Got some money

Well, last week I was worried a bit about funds, and decided to sell Pokemon games on eBay. The auction finished today. My buyers all paid within 30 minutes of the auction ending. I got more than I expected. And this is after eBay took their cut.

How much I got doesn't matter. I can afford the main thing I sold the games for. And a couple of extras that I had as "nice to have".

Namely, a 1TB OLED Steam Deck, a 1TB a2 SanDisk Extreme micro SD card, and even dinner one day. And I have a little bit left after that. Enough to get some snacks for a day of gaming but nothing extra after that. That's after eBay took their cut and the shipping fees (as I only did free shipping to Canada. $16 for each individual item)

This also assumes that none of my buyers will raise issues with the item they get. They shipped out today, and I was really surprised to see the snipers swoop in. One even got it in the absolute last second of the auction.

So, here's hoping my buyers don't have issues with the items and don't raise any problems on eBay. As long as two accept the game without issues, I can afford the Deck.

Either way, I'm waiting until the 15th to order the Steam Deck at the earliest, assuming that at least two of the items are delivered and the buyer leaves positive feedback.
