Kept meaning to draw the exercises I try to do daily as a reminder.
So my exercises are either walking, cycling or using a little set of 5kg dumb bells I've had for years.
I've been aiming for a better upper-body work-out with them for a while and had a list of what I'd benefit from.
But I kept forgetting it mid-work-out and feel like I only got half done.
So I did a drawing to remind myself of the lot (And to actually stretch beforehand!)
I'm proud.
