Found this device chewed up by my dog. I have no idea what it is, or where he got it.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Put it together as best as I could, but this puzzle is driving me crazy
It has this ring, but it doesn't fit under the "lid"
The white part is a switch. It is in the "Close" position. If pushed the other way it is in "Pour"
The other words are "Close Tightly"
It is most definitely a lid to something
It does not fit a 5 gallon water jug

Cleaning supplies are all in the cabinet, and all have lids. I just cleaning the house two days ago, so I have no idea where my dog found it
