Someone mentioned it looked like an odd shaped cow, 3 cows nearby, and a zone we can't access to the north. Dataminers also told us a quest exists where the random 3 cows are, but we are unsure if it's related to cow level.

They have also found that we can find 3 items in various regions. I believe one was rotten wood, then a musty blue tome and a broken crystal, which hints towards the hodrum cube being broken, and that is it's crystal. That's how you make the portal in Diablo 2 if you never got the pleasure of playing.
We also know you have to cleanse them in the pool in dry steppes at Ked Bardu ( just north west of the way point). In it, a tablet exists that reads "spill their blood to be worthy" and an ox head talking about cleansing items.
None of this is 100% proof. I'm just on a conspiracy tangent and wanted to share

I’m sure most of this has something to do with some sort of secret. But I’m sorry, I just don’t see a cow on that map. And if that dungeon is an open dungeon (as opposed to a building or an underground dungeon) then that “inaccessible” region is likely just where that dungeon’s area would be on the map.

When we find out what quest is in that corner. The items are verified just nobody knows how to get them just the zones

But it seems to be in the game just might not be active yet so hopefully soon
