Crucifit: The latest craze in physical salvation

Me again - your friendly unemployed aspiring comedian.
We've passed day 30 of unemployment! (wahoo?)

If you're new to my journey...
On June 2nd my corporate job of 10 years let me go out of nowhere (client didn't renew the contract I was on and 10 hours later I was gone with other employees on the contract). It sucks; you give 10 years and then have the rug pulled out with no warning. But it gave me time to reflect and realize I now have the unique opportunity to pursue my passion. Before I didn't have the savings, now I do!

On June 19th I made the spontaneous decision to fly to NYC to walk the picket lines of the WGA to show support and talk to writers to hear about their journeys, experiences, and get any advice for someone just starting out.

On June 30th my comedy partner and I celebrated 6 years together! AND on that same day we also celebrated our 8th and newest comedy revue being accepted by the Second City! We're on that Steve Carell path (for those that don't know he performed at Second City for 10 years).

It's not an easy path (I'm already 10 years in the making, 6 years of actual productivity) but I am determined! I have until Oct when the money will run out. I appreciate any well-wishes and criticisms of our art.
