It wasn't heavy, it was stupid. It was a poorly conceived attempt to undo the "drama tag effect" that most webcomics would fall into the longer they ran, and it's execution was even worse.

In hindsight I agree. When I was reading it I got caught up in it though. I did dropped it soon after, just couldn't get into it again.
