I wonder if anyone will do a "heal me/keep me alive, or else" dead man's switch/blackmail for healthcare. Obviously there's no anonymity so it'd be similar to the occasional story of someone committing the lowest impact crime that has a custodial sentence because it means they get room and board, but you're still living.
Now I'm wondering if it's already happened and someone will post a link to a news story
