Sometimes, we don’t need advice or encouragement…some times we just need someone to sit in the dark next to us..

Check in on your friends and family, this is a hard time of year, I love you all, not just the ones that encourage and agree with me, but also those who challenge and counter me, it all makes me feel less lonely in the world :)

I post this over and over for those that need to hear it, like I needed to hear it when I first saw it. Keep up the fight those who are fighting, learn to love yourselves, love others, and know you’re not alone!
