Hold - Dabin (Ft. Daniela Andrade)

For me, this is one of those songs that you would chill on a hill, watching the sun go down with. To me, it really is breathtaking.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oa_3ZSkkOHQ

Worlds Apart - Seven Lions

The Whole Worlds Apart EP is just already timeless, but this song out of the 4, stands out the most and really is special to me.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ry1RpYnIEMI

Flicker - Porter Robinson

Robinson created a masterpiece that just feels right and almost like a bright sci-fi vision of the future, so delightful you could almost call it a Utopia of your own. Almost reminds me of Tomorrowland.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBI2zxdJs_g

We Are The Lights - Varien & Mr. Fijiwiji

Mr. FijiWiji is one of the most inspirational producers IMO. I absolutely adore his sound, and because its so unique it gives you a feeling nobody else's music can really match. Gave me a picture of a rainy bar scene in my head.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fUffbHsaPA

Cloud Nine - Grant Bowtie

[Fan content] Pretty awesome drawing of Aang.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WhAK3iACwU

12:30 - We Came As Romans

In my opinion 12:30 is, I guess you can say the Dark horse of this whole thing. Not exactly electronic at all. It's just... I can't really explain it, but oh man this song is just crazy. I'm in love with it. I can only hope you enjoy it in a sense like I did.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Km-0kHxa7jg

Koto - ODESZA

This give you vibes from like Northern Africa, The Middle East, or India? Totally did for me, it gave me a sense like I was taking a tour all over the World. You just need to check them out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFxyYYRqobw

Touch It/ Technologic - MOTHERFUCKING DAFT PUNK

Alive 2007 is hands down, one of the most intense journeys you could ever ask for in a live concert. Honestly, I wish I could erase my memory of this for an hour or 2 just to hear it again for the first time. It's that magical.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCly9mdxe3I

Cast Away - Etherwood

I personally feel Etherwood is kind of underrated in terms of popularity. This kind of DnB is the kind that would give me full body chills and shivers. Truly deep, atmospheric, and emotional.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQhhS1TGl_c

Way Back Home - Mako

Listening to this made me think of my old home on the Hopi Reservation in Arizona. It was just so tranquil compared to the city life. All the people I held close there, were so kind. Sometimes you just have to revisit the Past to move to the Future, and find your way back home.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGihUGdPxlo

View From Above - KOAN Sound

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMxfQik1304

They Move On Tracks of Never Ending Light - This Will Destroy You

Whatever saddens you, it could be a death in the family, It could be what's happening around or in your world, or that you miss something or someone you had. Let out your emotions.

Because whatever it was, meant something to you. Continue to learn because love is an endless wonder, hold on to that. And grow.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AU0WL605gDY

4AM (JayKode Remix) - Kaskade, Adam K, & Soha

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKKSjEOuriE

The Whaler - Thrice

Thrice knows exactly how to blend beauty for an amazing musical experience. They are definitely one of a kind. It's something everyone should listen to at least once, Especially towards the end.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXEZJDXe4sU

Alive (Ft. Tiffany Wiemken) - KISNOU

Just Breathe.

10 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

Monstercat is super mainstream. Try BoC, SAW , heck even some st-germain does the trick better than rhis crap.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 10

Ah, the Internet. Nothing can be present without someone who hates it for... reasons.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Heck yes. MonsterCat is a great label. I also enjoy quite a few artists on Armada and Armind, Armin van Buuren's labels.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

People need to start making Spotify playlists or posting Spotify links instead of these YouTube videos

10 years ago | Likes 119 Dislikes 7

One thing i noticed is that spotify doesn't have everything unfortunately. (spotify user of almost 3 years)

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ive added a load of downloaded ones (using youtube to mp3) to my playlists which makes up for the ones they lack but they are getting better

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I do the same, and yes they are getting much better with variety!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Here is my own "Chill" mix, but not only electro FYI. https://play.spotify.com/user/1282534493/playlist/5p8mdeHYs0mtd5zQxlTHqf

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

no, because spotify, and others like it, are not available everywhere, while youtube, however, is available anywhere in the world.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

good point. Hopefully this thread will lead to lists for many platforms

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Agreed. I'm pretty sure all but one of these is on Spotify.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Try the playlist electric study music, it's great!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Right? Who the fuck uses YouTube to stream music anymore?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

More than you realize if you look at the hit counts...

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I do because you have to pay for Spotify mobile. YouTube is also the most comprehensive free single location for music

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I forgot about poor people. $10 a month is nothing to me now. (I used to be poor as fuck so sorry)

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

They also don't have a lot of music

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Worded that wrong, there's a lot of music they don't have

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Definitely on my list to see again in 2016! Can't wait for festival season again!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

True! At their Chromeo/ODESZA Red Rocks show they killed it! Meanwhile Chromeo failed until the second half of the show.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

that sucks, it seems like chromeo would have a good show

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They tried to open up with a little to much energy IMO. It's a matter of perspective but I've seen them a few times and this didn't cut it.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0
