I am 44 years old. Been married to my best friend, my wife for 21 years and blessed with two amazing daughters. Of those 21 years we have always had a dog or two. I have made it no secret that my dream dog has always been a pure bred English Bulldog. However, they are expensive and I got to the point where I thought maybe it was meant to be just a dream.
About a month ago my wife texts me and the girls during the day and says, "Saturday is family day. We are leaving the house at noon, no questions asked about what we are doing, or where we are going!" 21 years of marriage also had taught me to simply say ,"ok".
Saturday comes and we are off. We drive for about 2 1/2 hrs from home. Eventually we are out in the middle of the country and we pull into someones driveway. At this point I am completely confused. As we get out of the car my wife says to me "This is not actually a family fun day, its a surprise for you and both the girls have known about it for sometime too".
We walk up to the strange house and this jovial guy invites us in. As I walk into the house, I see a full grown momma bulldog with a large litter of pups. It hits me. As a 44 year old man, I break down like a baby.

So I am asking if anyone out there might have an idea for a name for this little guy? He comes home January 12th.

It is my opinion (and practice) to allow a pet to teach you it's name. They always grow into it.
