While I agree it doesn't look like ms paint, you can actually create an illusion of pen pressure w/ overlapping and different sized tools.

it's not pen pressure, it's the oil brush tool. You can tell by the way strokes end in squares.

if you overlap strokes in paint it can give the illusion of pen pressure. that said- that doesn't look like it was made in paint
