The Individual feathers. They were made out of 2 layers of broadcloth and held together with acrylic paint as adhesive.
If anyone is interested...We used the deviantart tutorial provided by Sunnybrook1 to make these.
Putting them in order..

The Moltres feathers! They look more empty, because they're missing the second layer of feathers in this pic.
Last but not least-- the Zapdos Feathers!

I went to a Pokemon tournament as a kid and beat the event's 'master' in a 1-on-1. He used Mewtwo and I used Articuno. +1 for Articuno.
