For a hidden file on app on Android, there are two ways. One is shown in the screenshot here. Go to upper right. Select pulldown. Select "Make Public".
Alternatively, you can go to "Edit" and after making changes you're given a different looking option to make the post public which I have not shown here.

My post disappeared. I went to look at hidden posts and it said I didn't have any. I finally found it by looking at 'all'
